NURSING SERVICES (RN)
 
CNA
  QHH, offers doctor prescribed or personalized medical services. These specialized services range from supervision and management of special treatments, medication, disease management, and geriatric care. Our RNs can assist patient, family or caregivers in teaching and counseling to improving the patient’s health. If you feel this service could be beneficial to you please contact us.

CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AID (CNA)
 
CNA
  CNAs assist our patients (under RN supervision) resume self-care through range of motion and strengthening exercises. CNAs can provide personal hygienic care, assist with meal preparation, and transportation to appointments, simple treatments, activities of daily living, escorted shopping and socialization. PRIVATE DUTY SERVICES
 
Private Duty
 

QHH offers private duty services (non-Medicare, Medicaid) to patients who may need a variety of services ranging from Rehabilitative Services to CNA service or even homemaker/sitter service. Our Private Duty patients receive personalized care that is designed to fit the specific needs of each individual. RESPITE CARE
 
Respite Care
  Respite care provides time off for family members who care for someone who is ill, injured or frail. It can take place in an adult day center, in the home of the person being cared for, or even in a residential setting such as an assisted living facility or nursing home.
