The HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act) privacy rule gives individuals the right to adequate notice of the uses and disclosures of protected health information that may be made by Quality Home Health, Inc. and of the individual's rights and the agency's legal duties with respect to the protected health information.

- For health care operations
- For health related benefits and service
- For judicial or administrative proceedings
- For disaster relief/research/organ, eye, and tissue donations
- For information on how we will contact you
- To individuals involved in your care
- For funeral directors/Coroners
- Victims of Abuse, Neglect or Domestic Violence
